Return Policy

We accept returns strictly for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Customers must notify us of any issue within three (3) days of receiving the product, accompanied by photographic evidence.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Custom or cut-to-order fabrics are non-refundable unless proven faulty.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange as applicable.

Minor colour variations due to screen resolution or lighting do not qualify as defects.
